Atlanta, GA --
Last night the Atlanta Thrashers and Pheonix Coyotes came to an agreement that saw two d-men and two prospects change teams. The Thrashers acquired David Tanabe and Raduslav Suchy from the Pheonix Coyotes in exchange for prospects Klye Rossiter and Derek MacKenzie.
"Well we gave up two prospects we were very high on. But we needed some able body d-men and this deal gives us that." Said GM Love.
This was the first deal made by Atlanta Thrashers new GM James Love.
