Florida-
The playoffs rolled on and Panthers steam rolled over the Penguins taking an impressive 5-1 win. Panthers got goals from Mogilny, Iginla, Mellanby and Frolov had 2. Schneider had 3 assists and Luongo was an brick wall in goal as usual. There was some bad news too as Iginla only got to play 5 minutes in the game but scored an goal still but was taken out by an awkward hooking incident mid way threw the first period. Panthers retaliated later by taking Kovalev out. Iginla could miss game 2 of the series.
"I'm very pleased with our teams performance. I couldnt have hoped more. They played sound defensivly, generated alot offense and were playing tough out there. But this series is far from over. We cant take any games lightly against these Penguins" Panthers GM
