Luongo won GOTM Month 3?

Florida-

It looks like Florida Panthers goalie Roberto Luongo was robbed from Goalie Of The Month award in month 3. GOTM records clearly state that Roberto Luongo has won Month 3 yet he wasnt reconized for this at all. Will the league reporters admit to there mistake or is there a conspiracy against Panthers and Luongo?
